I. Qualifications and Requirements
(A) Basic Requirements
Education: Associate degree or above, major in Mechanical Design, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
Age: 23 to 38 years old.
Work Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the design of non-standard automation equipment.
Industry Background: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in 3C equipment, lithium-ion battery equipment, photovoltaic equipment, or semiconductor industry automation projects.
(B) Professional Skills
Proficient in CAD, SolidWorks, and other design software, capable of independently completing mechanical structure design, 3D model refinement, and 2D drawing output.
Familiar with commonly used standard parts and electrical components in the non-standard automation industry, with rich experience in selecting servo/stepper motors, pneumatic components, linear guideways, screw drives, sensors, etc., and understanding the characteristics of mainstream brands.
Capable of independently completing the evaluation of automation equipment solutions, mechanism design, component selection, and the preparation of BOM lists for standard parts.
Able to lead the entire process of mechanical design for projects, including the preparation of technical specification documents (covering structure, working principles, technical parameters, etc.).

II. Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the solution evaluation, structural design, and solution development and optimization of non-standard automation equipment.
Compile technical specification documents based on project requirements, clearly define core technical parameters and execution standards.
Complete detailed 3D model refinement, 2D production drawings, and standard parts BOM lists, ensure the accuracy and standardization of design documents.
Select appropriate pneumatic components, motion elements, and conveying mechanisms in line with R&D needs to optimize equipment structure and performance.
Monitor market feedback and propose product design improvement plans to continuously enhance product competitiveness.
Follow up on the equipment assembly and debugging process, provide technical support, promptly address any design-related issues that arise during assembly.
Adhere to company rules and regulations, and complete other related tasks assigned by superiors.
